It is mandatory to avoid giving the prospect clients out of your understanding information about the company's architectural and construction services. Always rely the answers from the sales support. Our sales support is operated by highly trained licensed architects and engineers to provide accurate answers to every quiries of the prospect/clients.

Services we offer

Instabuild.ph have lots of services to offer. However, to maintain simplicity and to understand it's services clearly, we divided the services from major services to minor services and other service/s.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

This refers to site preparation for, and construction of, entirely new structures and/or significant extensions to existing structures whether or not the site was previously occupied.

Thereafter the design and estimate is the building plan. A building plan is a set of construction or working drawings (sometimes called blueprints) that define all the construction specifications of your house/project such as the dimensions, materials, layouts, installation methods and techniques.

RENOVATION

Renovations (also called remodeling ) is process of improving a broken, damaged, or outdated structure of home/project. This services refers to making the house/project into something new, or bringing something back to life.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

This service includes designing your house/project the way you want it. This specifies the house/project on how many bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, etc. Furthermore it includes any functions needed or your desired plan/s. Including the design's cost estimate and its specifications in a very detailed manner. Detailing the cost estimate from all materials and labors.

Generally, architectural design is the art behind the design of buildings and structures. It describes the physical aspect of a building, the construction method and the unifying aspects of a structure. The main purpose of architectural design is to bring different components together into a whole functional building despite the given limitations.

INTERIOR FIT-OUT

This service provides the interior building space it's style that keep the experience of the occupant comfortable and or satisfying.

In other means this is the installation of ceilings, floors, furnishings, and partitions of a building, as well as the installation of appliances and other materi of the space depending on the needs and taste of the occupant.

SITE VISIT AND OCCULAR

Different projects are often located at different areas, that is why the company have the so called site visit or site occular services. This service is done by visiting the exact area of where the project would be rising. For site visit instabuild.ph will send a licensed engineer or architect to visit and check the area to discuss and provide the client a proper insight and ideas about any other corcerns before building the project. The site visit will have a partial soil check, land slope overviewing, checking of tress needed to be cut down, and other building remains needed to be demolished of the area where the project would rise. The company will send a proper report to the lot owner or client after reviewing the evaluation of the engineer who visited the site.

PROJECT ESTIMATE

As per client wants to know the budget needed for their planned project, instabuild.ph will provide a free cost estimate and consultation for the client.

However, the estimated cost provide would not be precise and detailed since the detailed estimate is reserved to be discuss and be done after the closed deal or agreed project between the client and instabuild.ph.

Succesful referrals

The best part is when you're getting converted leads.

Converted leads means when your leads becomes clients which allows you to earn your commission profit. Successful referrals and available payouts will appear on your portal.

Commissions and terms

Terms

All commissions are available for payout within 24-48 hours from date of succesful conversion or down payment from clients.

All commissions are subjected for manual request by agents.

Recurring Commission

In cases where a former client avails any of the packages/services from Instabuild.ph again, the agent is entitled and eligible to 1.5% recurring commission of the total contract value of the project, regardless of whether the client used or did not use the unique referral link.

Class B agents get 2% and class A agents gets 2.5%.

Project recommendations

Green flag projects

Commercial or residential projects with clean lot titles.
Government projects that doesn't need sop or cashbond.
Mass housing projects with direct connection with the developer or owner

Red flag projects

Commercial or residential projects with lot but no clean titles
Government projects that needs sop or cashbond before the project down payment
Subcontracting housing projects from a general contractor with a very low rate offer
Projects from complicated areas or very remote areas
Projects that requires sop before the project down payment

Terms of use for marketing materials and tools

By accessing or using the Product Advertising Content (as defined hereinafter), including the proprietary construction and architectural designs/photos and other tools (collectively, the “Agent's Portal”) that permit you to access and use certain types of data, images, text, and other information and content relating to Services (“Company Marketing Materials and Tools”) which we may make available to you, you agree to be bound by this authorization.
Subject to the terms of this License and solely for the limited purposes of participation in the Associates Program in strict compliance with this agreement (including this authorization and the other Operational Documentation), we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: (a) copy and display Product Advertising Content solely on your Site; (b) use only those Instabuild.ph Marks we make available to you as part of the Product Advertising Content, solely on your Site and in accordance with the Associates Program Trademark Guidelines, unless otherwise provided for in this Operating Agreement, and (c) access and use of all available Data Feed, and Product Advertising Content solely in accordance with the Specifications and this authorization.
Other than the limited authority expressly set forth in Section 1 & 2, we reserve all right, title and interest (including all intellectual property and proprietary rights) in and to, and you do not, by virtue of this Operating Agreement or the authorization hereunder otherwise, acquire any ownership interest or rights in or to, the Program, Special Links, link formats, Content, marketing tools, marketing materials, Data Feeds, Product Advertising Content, any domain name owned or operated by Instabuild.ph, information and materials on any Partner Site or the Associates Site, our and our affiliates’ trademarks and logos (including the Instabuild.ph Marks), and any other intellectual property and technology that we provide or use in connection with the Program (including any program interfaces, software development kits, libraries, sample code, and related materials).

Termination of sales agents

(a) Termination for Cause. If the Agent willfully breaches or habitually neglects the duties he/she is required to perform under the terms of this Agreement, the Employer may, at the Employer's option, terminate this Agreement by giving written notice of the termination to the Agent. Such termination shall not prejudice any other remedy to which the Agent may be entitled.

(b) Termination without Cause.

1. Agent may, without cause, terminate this Agreement by giving to Employer thirty (30) days written notice by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, at the office of Employer, and such termination shall be effective on the thirtieth (30th) day following the date of such notice.

2. Employer may, without cause, terminate this Agreement at any time by either (a) giving to Agent thirty (30) days prior written notice by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, at the last known residence of Agent, and such termination shall be effective on the thirtieth (30th) day following the date of such notice, or (b) by delivering written notice to Agent and pre-paying Agent his/her base salary for the ensuing thirty (30) day period in which event Agent shall be immediately discharged from the employ of Employer.

1. Collecting amount from the CLIENT in any forms
2. Using any of Instabuild.ph marketing materials to promote other competitor company.
3. Using false marketing to get clients which causes damage with the name of the company itself.
4. Using company name for fraudulent transactions.
5. Unhealthy relationship with the company, staff and partners.

Penalties / Disciplinary Actions:

First Offense – Written reprimand. Formal notification written to Agent that he/she has violated a rule and/or regulation.

Second Offense – Suspension. Notice of suspension is provided to the Agent in writing.

Third Offense – Dismissal / Termination

Note: Proper investigation will be conducted by the management with transparency and in alignment with the company's policies and procedures to achieve fair outcome.

Terms

The term of this Operating Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application and will end when terminated by either you or us. Either you or we may terminate this Operating Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon any termination of this Operating Agreement, any and all access you have with respect to Content will automatically terminate and you will immediately stop using the Content and Instabuild.ph Marks and promptly remove from your site and delete or otherwise destroy all links to the Partner Site, all Instabuild.ph Marks, all other Content, and any other materials provided or made available by or on behalf of us to you under this Operating Agreement or otherwise in connection with the Program.
